Manage Zilliz Cloud Account

This topic describes how to manage your Zilliz Cloud account.

Enter Profile page

Click the user button on the right of the top navigation and click Profile button to enter the Account management page.

Set name for account

You can set the name for your Zilliz Cloud account.

Click the Edit button on the Account tab, and specify your first name and last name in the corresponding bars in the pop-up window. Click Save to save the information.

Reset password

You can reset the password of your Zilliz Cloud account.

Click the Edit button on the Password tab, and specify your current password, new password, and confirm the new password in the corresponding bars in the pop-up window. Click Save to save the new password.

You can unlink Google Account with your Zilliz Cloud account.

Click Unlink from Google button on the Account tab, and click Confirm to unlink the Google Account.

Having unlinked your account from Google Account, you will need to reset your password to log in Zilliz Cloud.

Manage MFA

You can manage your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) options for your Zilliz Cloud account. Please note that the Zilliz Cloud accounts signed up with Google Account use Google 2FA for MFA.

Enable MFA

You can enable MFA for your Zilliz Cloud account.

On the Account tab, click the switch to On to enable Email MFA for your Zilliz Cloud account.

Verify your account by entering your account password in the pop-up window, and click Confirm.

After confirmation, Ziiliz Cloud will send a verification code to the Email you used for registration. Click Resend if you do not receive the Email with the verification code.

Enter the verification code in the pop-up window, and click Confirm.

Disable MFA

You can disable MFA for your Zilliz Cloud account.

On the Account tab, click the switch to Off to disable Email MFA for your Zilliz Cloud account, and click Confirm in the pop-up window.

After confirmation, Ziiliz Cloud will send a verification code to the Email you used for registration. Click Resend if you do not receive the Email with the verification code.

Enter the verification code in the pop-up window, and click Delete Authentication.
